This license agreement governs use of the NetworkAdminKB.com utilities (the “Software”).  If you use any NetworkAdminKB.com utility, you accept this license.  If you do not accept the license agreement, do not use any NetworkAdminKB.com utility.

You are hereby licensed the right to use any NetworkAdminKB.com utility on your own personal computer or your company's computer systems.   You are not licensed to distribute this software to other users or companies.

 

2)      Warranty
There is no warranty on the NetworkAdminKB.com utilities.  NetworkAdminKB.com gives no express warranties, guarantees, or conditions on use of its software.  The NetworkAdminKB.com utilities are not guaranteed to be available for any given period of time or be updated at all.  The use of the NetworkAdminKB.com utilities is strictly "AS IS" with no warranties and the use of the software does not imply, bestow, nor confer any rights.  This agreement specifically excludes the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement for the NetworkAdminKB.com utilities.

 

3)      Conditions and Limitations

The utilities may or may not work as expected.  Generally, the utilities should work very well at the things they are suppose to do, but that does not mean they will work in your environment even once correctly.

 

Ultimately, it is the user’s responsibility to TEST the utilities to verify they do what you expect in the way you expect it.   Even if a utility worked in your test lab that doesn't mean it will work on your production environment.   If the utilities do not work as expected, no support is promised, implied or offered to fix any issue that arises from the use of these utilities.
